A cooking pan can help you Lose Weight

I know it sounds simplistic, but any step you take surrounding your exercise and your eating habits are going to impact how your body will lose weight. The most amazing thing about your body is that if you add a little bit of walking and exercise to your day, you will be heading in a great direction to lose weight. The best process to lose weight with your food begins with thinking about the food choices you accept, and eventually all the way to what kind of food you choose and how you prepare it.

Good food Choices Start to Help You Lose Weight

Your options on food should always be foods that offer great nutrition and value for vitamins and minerals. High fat, high sodium and high sugar foods are not going to be good choices. Neither are these options when you buy them in a frozen meal, and then cook them in the pan or container that the come in. Often, frozen meals are over 500mg of sodium in each meal, and they offer few nutritional goodies like vitamin C, B1 or B6, or calcium and magnesium. Your foods should be fresh when you can find them, and should always be from the produce and the meat areas of the store. Skip the processed and shelf stored foods, unless you are buying canned tomatoes, peppers or rice. Your starchy chips, cereals, and cookies are only going to bring you spiraling down a progression of unhealthy choices, and it is really important that you limit your intake of anything that has large chemical additives.

How you cook your food is another really important step. By using a Stainless Steel pan, you are going to be a winner, as it will not leach into your food like a Teflon or non-stick pan. The chemicals that keep your pan non-stick, are loose in nature, and they will skim from your pan into your food. The most important take away you can know from this blog is that chemicals will make you fat. Chemicals and preservatives keep your Liver, the king of fat reducing organs, from performing its best job for your body; having time to remove fat.

The Most Important Take Away is Keep Your Food Chemically Free

By allowing your liver time to work only on fat removal, you are allowing your body to create a fat burning furnace of sorts. With ample free energy to quit removing chemicals from your diet, your liver is going to be on a mission to help you lose weight. You are going to find your body feels better, your skin clears up, and your mind thinks more clearly. Your chemically laden diet is the cause of your inability to lose weight, and the only way you can lose weight, is if you allow your body time to clear away fat. Your liver is overwhelmed when you are overweight. It is not working correctly, it is really becoming more of a small filter, letting all fat through, and very little chemical control as it tries to keep up with your diet of processed and chemically laden food. Have you ever gone on a diet and gained weight? That is exactly because you offered a healthy solution for your liver, and it went out to find all the chemicals stored, and removed them first. What might have happened if you had stayed on the diet, is that you would have reached a threshold on the chemical removal in your body, and then, and only then, would your fat start to be removed from your stored cells. It takes time if you have been constantly adding to the the stored fat in your body, and at the same time, adding so many chemicals and preservatives.

Drop and Lose Weight with a Simple Cooking Tool

One way to easily and quickly remove chemicals from your diet, is to use cast iron pans, or the new green pans that offer a ceramic base to their non-stick surface. You can really build a great chemical free cooking platform with pans that are stainless steel and heavy duty, but it takes some skill to keep them non-stick. Heating an stainless steel pan to a high temperature, and then dropping the temperature when the food is added, will bring a non-stick reaction to most all white omelets, and offer you good browning techniques as well. I have attached a great video to help you with your pan choice, and you only need one pan to get you going. Look for a skillet, that is bigger than you are used to, offering a large cooking surface of more than 12 inches across.

Reasons Not to Eat Processed Foods

If you are looking to lose weight, and want to continue to see diet success, be sure to eat naturally occurring foods.  This means, you should eat real food, one ingredient foods, and not shelf stable foods.  If you have trouble with this concept, be sure to understand what processed foods do to your weight loss plans.

Eating chemical and preservatives, only will create a solid platform of stored fat reserves, and new fat reserves. The reason is, your liver will be too busy, removing and evicting toxins, chemicals, and preservatives.  There are many people that continue to gain weight, but eat low calorie items, but process items only.  They are creating the perfect storm of hungry days, preservatives, and chemicals, and then unsatisfactory results with their diet or weight loss plan.

To move you forward, lose weight, and become healthy, you must do all of these steps, to ensure success.  The processed foods, will only create a free radical frenzy, a chemical overload, and your liver will be busy removing these intruders.  Do not forget, that your liver is your fat burning friend.  Without the clean environment, your liver will be too busy, removing toxins, preservatives, and chemicals.  The fat will be stored, and  not removed.

Take out the shelf OK and processed food source, you remove the chemicals.  You are now setting yourself up for some fat burning food assistance.  Watch this diet work, by eating healthy food, and change your life!

High Protein Diets and Low Fat

Beginning any new diet, it should be something you review with your doctor before you begin.  Most physicians will be very happy to discuss your current eating habits, and guide you towards a healthy way of eating, that will work for you.  That being said, there should be some good news to guide you further in your weight loss efforts, and one is protein and carbohydrate knowledge.

There is much value in eating healthy protein, and eating just enough to provide fuel and energy to your day.  Then, fill in around the protein, but adding fresh vegetables and fruit.  It will be important for you to eat what you love, and do it with great chicken, beef, and fish, and keep it lean.  Do not smother your protein in startches and sugar sauces.  Keep away from gravies with lots of sodium that are hard on your liver.  Season with citrus, and with celtic salt.  Vinegars are a great way to add some flavor.

Then, steam some veggies, and add in some herb seasoning.  Keep your cooking time down to a minimum.  Saute some fish with some onions, chive and some lemon juice.  Use your coconut oil, with some crispy fried sweet potatoes on the side.  Do not smother in any sweet or salty sauces, as that is devil of the food world.

This way, you are doing a form of the protein diet craze, but keep your fruits and veggies always around to keep you going.  If you are just eating cheesy hamburgers with no bun, and nothing else for weeks, you are not getting the vitamins and minerals you need.  It is not a way to live.

Learning about Fats

Sometimes, it takes some time to really get used to the changes in your diet when you start on a new lifestyle path.  It is a matter of being educated on what food is good for you, and letting go about what you knew before.  After all, the information and feelings you had before, where not working for you.  It is simple.  The new lifestyle involves transformation, and one area where you can update your life, is learning about fats.

Fats: Good and Bad

Take some time to really understand that Trans Fats, are not a good thing.  Even when a label on a package says, transfat free, you may have some trans fat that is included in this food.  If you are looking for a healthy diet to lose weight, do not be fooled by this label.  Often, the manufacturer is within the limits of where the government will allow them to function on the warning.  The only way to lose weight easily, is to completely remove all forms of Trans Fats.  They are a very Bad Fat.

Then, there are the poly, mono and unsaturated, and saturated fats.  No wonder the population is so overweight!  The fact is the difference between fats and oils, is whether they are liquid or solid.  A saturated fat is a solid fat.  A unsaturated fat is a liquid oil at room temperature.  If you move an unsaturated fat to a cold temperature, it as well, will become solid.  As well, a saturated fat, when heated, will become liquid.   Confused?  I was, until I discovered these three good fats:

  1. Coconut Oil
  2. Olive Oil
  3. Palm Oil
The saturated coconut oil, is easily turned to liquid in your hands.  In fact, this could be the only fat you will  need.  When you begin your healthy eating life, do yourself a favor and never buy any corn based oil, or any animal based oils, like butter.  It will be better for you at the beginning to use only organic and plant-based saturated fats, like coconut oil.  It has a good flash point, which means it can handle a hot skillet, can be baked for excellent fiber breads and muffins, and is a good way to add your  healthy fat to your diet.

Bad fats are easy to find, and they are everywhere!  Look for these fats as:

  • Partially Hydrogenated Oil like margarine, or solid shelf baking sticks
  • Corn Oil
  • Soybean Oils
  • Canola Oils
  • Safflower Oil
You need to know too, if you are going to deep fry a protein, use a high flash point oil, like peanut oil.  It is available in an organic form, as the traditional peanut oils often are full of chemical remnants from the fertilizers and pesticides to grow the peanut. Any time you can buy organic, do so, as your ability to lose weight fast and safe will be increased tremendously.

Why Tea works so well to Assist you In Weight Loss

If you are looking for an easy way to drop 5 pounds in a month, without changing more than one thing, do this, drink warm and cold tea!  Do not drink soda, change to tea, and just drink water and tea with every meal, between meals, and instead of coffee.  You will be amazed at how great this works!

Tea has an amazing amount of flavinoids, anti-oxidants, and true worth in terms of sodium free drink value.  It can bring you further in your weight loss efforts, as you will drop many chemicals by drinking tea.  Your liver will then be able to focus on your stored fat reserves, versus your intake of chemical laden sodas or pop beverages.

The key to this is to ensure you do not add any artificial sweeteners, sugars or other chemical type taste additives.  There are many healthy sounding teas, that have chemicals laden in the sweetener, that you should avoid.  The key is to buy a great black tea, and brew a cup at a time, enjoying the process and the beauty of the drink.

You will have much to gain by boosting your immunity, your intake of healthy drinking practices, and a better way to ensure a new lifestyle moving forward.  Please be sure to let me know how you are doing with this change, and what your results have been.  I bet you feel better within a few days!

What Millet Can Bring to Your Weight Loss

Your weight loss efforts could be enhanced by knowing your grains, and one that will definitely bring you great taste, great fiber, and protein, is millet.  Grown in many parts of the world now, millet was native to Africa and Asia, and is an ancient food.  The more our ancestors ate something, the more we can digest it.

This food was often seen in the 1960's and 1970's in many grocery stores, but over the years, the sugar cereal revolution has killed the millet.  You can look for it in health food stores, and organic grocery spots.
It comes in a puffed version, and a raw form.  You can eat the puffed version with some milk, and you will have an excellent protein and fiber source.  It is truly something that will fill you up.

You can, use the raw version, and cook it like you would with rice.  Substitute your rice with millet, and watch the pounds fall away.  You can make it easily in a rice cooker, and one cup dry, will make 3 cups cooked.  Put a cup of millet in your rice cooker, and 3 cups of water, and set it to delay and soak all day.  Then, when you return, you have some great cooked millet.

You can make a version of the millet, with some seasonings, like dry mustard, garlic or ginger, and make a mashed potato version.  Simply use all your cooked millet, and add some seasonings, and your coconut oil to cream it up, and you have a mashed potato that is simply divine!

Sugar Brain

Your sweet tooth is more than on your taste buds, as you may be craving a chocolate bar, a sweet roll, or something that you used to always eat as a treat.  It is dangerous to have any of this kind of thing near your kitchen, desk or your person when you are beginning a new weight loss plan.  The first few weeks, like when you quit smoking, is a really hard time, because you are dedicated to your old ways, and one would have been sugars and starches.

Seeing the goody, and then finding it completely irresistible is very common.  There are many people who find the sugar habit very hard to kick.  You are twice as likely to be overweight if you love cookies, cake or sweet items.  Your new life will evolve into not looking for the sweet in your food, but the flavor.  It will take some time, but you can do it!

So, if you are feeling guilty because you gave into a sweet, let it go.  Just start over from right now, and make it count.  The more you stay away from the sugar and starches, the less you will be hungry.  The less you will be so tempted, and the more you will enjoy your life without sugar.  The gift is yours, if you decide to take it!

The Great Vitamin Debate

The best food solutions for you, are natural choices.  If you add vitamins and minerals to your diet, beware of the cheaper options.  You really only need an organic multi-vitamin, and that is it.  You are loading your body with more chemicals and toxins when you over do it.

The key to weight loss is to eat really great food and ensure it is colorful.  When I say this, bright colored food, is usually high in vitamins and minerals.  If it has a brown or a tan color, it is a protein, or has some form of good fats for your cellular structure.  You need to ensure that only 10-20% of your diet is brown.

When you eat a tomato, you are getting lutein.  When you eat some berries, you are getting a mix of Vitamin C and other Anti-oxidants.  So, stay focused on your one ingredient items, stay away from sugar, and keep your food colorful!

Lose Weight with Breakfast

Are you skipping breakfast?  This is great step to change, as it will boost your metabolism by 50%!  It is a great way to lose weight, as it gives your very hungry body, a way to say, yes, food is here, energy is great, and we can lose some of this stored stuff we have around here.

It is like this, when you have a house full of stuff, and you do not need all the items you have, you end up donating, giving things away, and when more is coming in, you are running out of room.  You end up giving more away, and these are good things too!  Lucky are those garage sale visitors!

But, when items are not coming in, and there is not new stuff coming in, you keep it, store it, and will not let it go.  When you get something new, you keep it even more.  It does not get donated, it gets stored.  It stays hidden in the house, even though you have 13 fishing poles, you decide you can add a 14th pole, as when will you come across another?

The metabolic rate in your brain and hormone system works the same way.  So, little meals, all day long, with healthy one ingredient items will be great for your lifestyle.  You will be donating all that fat to your liver very soon!

Salt is Not the problem

Salt has been getting a bad rap over the years, and most of it is justified, but true information has not been presented.  Here are the salty facts, and you will love this information.

First, you do not have to give up your salt

What?!  Why is this true?  While it is true you will have to give up your table salt, that is tiny and very white, you should know there is a healthier option out there.  It is called Gray Celtic Sea Salt.  Not full of fillers, and anti-caking ingredients, it will ensure your liver is not getting any bad chemicals to deal with.

The regular table salt that we have grown used to, is really the enemy.  This salt, which is whitened by chemicals, additives and preservatives, has become our enemy.  The natural beauty of salt was taken from us in the 1950's, and since then, we have been adding it to our food on the table, in the preservatives we use, and in our baking and cooking.

If you want to salt something, go ahead, but make sure it is natural gray sea salt.  You can find it here!

Why Weight Loss Starts With Your Liver

The trick is out!  If you understand how your liver works, you are going to lose weight!  It is an amazing organ in your body, and contributes to all things good for you, including removing stored and eaten fat.  So, if you let it do those things, it will be your power house in the weight loss battle.

Start by Eating One Ingredients

If you decide to really tackle this problem, start with reading labels.  Shop with purpose, and do something new, only buy items that have one ingredient in them.  Say, apples, feta cheese, lemons, a lime, a pepper,a red onion, bibb lettuce, natural pepper cheese, some natural tea, and some organic eggs.  Buy organic, and buy only what you can eat today or tomorrow.  Take a hand cart, and do not be tempted to buy for Tuesday if it is Saturday.  Then, take your items, with no chemicals or preservatives in them-remember read the labels!-and make a nice dinner for yourself.  No frozen food, unless it is one ingredient.  No shelf food, unless one ingredient.

Why One Ingredient

It would be unfair of me not to explain why the liver discussion is here, and why are we suggesting one ingredient?  It is really because you are taking the chemicals out of your food intake.  It takes some time, but this is natural, and healthy eating.  You are getting nutrition for the first time in a long time, most likely, so the change to fresh and valuable food can be shock to your system, mentally and physically.  You will drop weight initially quickly, as your sodium levels will go down, and you will enjoy the great new energy you feel.  The chemicals and preservatives gone, you are letting your liver work on fat you eat, and the fat you have stored.

Your liver works like this, it is a priority minded organ, chemicals first, new fat next and stored fat last.  It is the organ that removes toxins, first priority, then new ingested fat, second priority, and stored fat, last in the priority schedule.  Remove the first part of this equation, and eat healthy one ingredient item foods, your liver is going to work overtime removing fat like mad.

If this is the first you are hearing of this, I am proud to have been the messenger. Stick with your plan, and do this.  Act today!

Great Cheese Comes from a Brick

The way to lose weight, is to not eat chemicals.  It is really important, because your liver is the organ that will help you lose weight, but removing stored fat.  The thing is, your liver is the organ that cleans your body of chemicals and toxins as well.  When you eat chemicals, and toxins, you are ensuring that your liver will never work on your stored fat.  It is easy to mess this up with just one day of diet pop.

So, here is a great tip for you, and one you are going to love!  You can eat cheese, yes lovely creamy cheese, just as long as it is natural cheese.  Buy the kind that is not shredded, not sliced, or any cubes.  The thing is, these easy cheese options are all full of anti-caking chemicals.  Imagine this, you take some cheese, and shred it at the factory.  Put it in packaging, and then ship it to the store.  By the time it would get there, it would be hard, brittle, or giant ball of combined shreds,  and maybe moldy.  The anti-caking ingredients make sure it takes some storage time.  This is really bad for you.

So, buy a nice shredding plate, a knife, and buy some great natural cheese.  Your belly will thank you!

Top 10 Great Foods to Eat to Lose Weight

Don't you get tired of all the talk about losing weight?  It is overwhelming sometimes, and can be difficult to weed through the variety of ways to find the right solution.  The key, really, is to fit your diet solutions toward your body.  To do this, you need to try some foods that are proven fat reducing foods, and see what works best for you.

Before you begin with these foods, be sure to follow these steps to ensure your weight loss steps are not counter-productive:

1.  Eat when you are hungry:  Being hungry will be very dangerous to your Weight loss Efforts.  It is something that can bring about some really bad triggers in your body, like fat storage.  So, be sure to eat, and eat the right things.

2.  Stay away from Chemicals, Sugars and Starches:  I am talking about anything on the label that you do not think is natural, like diet pop, Aspartame, Corn syrup, flours, soy, hydrogenated oils, white potatoes, and salty frozen meals.  These are the death of a healthy diet.

So, without further ado, my favorite foods!

1.  Raw nuts:  you can eat these anywhere, they store well, and they will bring you great vitamins and minerals.  They are something you should have in your home, office and car.  Take them with you when you travel, and buy cashews, pistachios, and almonds.  We are speaking about RAW nuts, not roasted.  They are very different.

2.  Citrus:  Lemons, limes, and Oranges are so good for you, and can be completely portable. Buy them and use them as your sauces, your flavorings, and your fruit for a snack.  Do not skimp!

3.  Eggs, and Eggs again:  Hard boiled, poached, and eaten with veggies, the organic egg is a great way to get your lutein, and your omega 3, 6.  A hard boiled egg can beat your candy bar craving very quickly.

4.  Frozen Fruit and Veggies:  Eating frozen veggies and frights, without the sauces, no salt, just the frozen simple bags, should be in your freezer.  During a moment of crisis, take the veggies out, and blanch them, steam them, make a smoothie out of the fruit, and eat immediately with your citrus.  The fact that they are frozen, cut up, and ready to eat will save you.  Fresh is best, but in a modern day pace, frozen will get you far.

5.  Fresh salads with Protein:  Spinach, bibb lettuce, romaine can be mixed with fruits, or veggies, fresh or steamed.  Add a kick of some protein or some fiber like nuts or beans.  Make your own dressing-crucial-with lemon, lime, zest or either, and some great flavored oil and vinegars.  Make a creamy dressing with some great full fat sour cream, yogurt and some fresh herbs.  Do not buy dressing!

6.  Frozen 100% fruit pops:  They are a great dessert treat, and will get you through any temptation easily.  Make your own with some originality, and some smoothie mixes!

7.  Chicken, Fish and Buffalo Meat:  Organic meat farms are creating great products, that can be easily fried in some coconut oil, and mixed with your veggies and added to your salads.  Make a Mexican burrito with out the flour burrito, and use a casserole to heat up the tomato sauce, cheese and chili peppers over some beans.  Delicious!

8.  Homemade pickles:  Pickle any vegetables that you have on hand, and you think you are not going to eat them immediately.  You can control the spices, the salt, and they do not have to be canned for shelf, but for fridge storage.  Learn how to make your own pickled green beans, peppers, cucumbers, or mushrooms here:
http://www.squidoo.com/homemade-pickles-how-to-can-your-own-pickles-from-scratch-

9.  Egg Crepes:  A really great trick, and my favorite food, any time of day!  I take eggs, and beat them, and simply fry them over high heat in a cast iron pan.  You can use a non-stick pan, but you can get some iron benefits from cast iron.  Then, flip, and store them in your fridge.  You can make burritos out these crepes, make a fresh fruit crepe with whipped cream, add veggies and cheese, and keep the ideas flowing.  Anytime you need a burrito, or a way to hold a protein, veggie, or a fruit, you are going to benefit from this great idea! Make a bunch, and eat them within a few days for a great way to stay thin!

10.  Beans, beans, beans:  Add them to salad, protein, or veggies. You are going to feel full on simple canned and rinsed beans.  They can be mashed, fried, can be used in a crepe, keep the ideas flowing.

Do not despair if you hate to cook.  Take one of my foods, and add it to your diet.  Start simple, and keep adding these ideas to your shopping list, and before you know it, you will be dropping pounds.  You have to eat a lot of fresh, and one ingredient foods to become thin.

Why does this work?  Be sure to visit  http://www.secretsloseweight.com to find out why!

Stop Drinking Diet Pop

Your soda consumption can be wreaking havoc on your diet! If you are not drinking full sugar soda, you are loading your body with chemicals.  And these chemicals are making you fat.  It is as simple as that.

Why does this happen?  Your liver, the most amazing organ in your digestive system, cleans your body of toxins.  If you are drinking diet pop, or soda, you are killing your liver with toxins just from that one ingredient in your diet!

What your liver does then, is it can not remove any fat from your incoming food.  It will store the new fat.  So, stockpiling occurs, and you get fat.

If you are stuck in your ways, and will not switch from pop or soda to water, you are going to have a long way to go to remain thin.

The time to regain your true self is at hand!

You know what you have to do, you have to quit your fascination with junk food, and quick!  It is a dangerous thing, as the things you eat are very important to your health and how you feel.  It can change your entire outlook on life, and affect your entire process of your future.  The sooner you take the grasp on the situation, and enjoy your life without junk food the better!

So, start with great one ingredient foods, and those that are not loaded with fat or calories, but nutrition.  Eat fresh food, and stay away from the middle of the grocery store.  Eat on the fringes, and buy for your day only.  If there are days where you can not shop, buy some canned fruit, with no sugars, and some eggs, and some good grains to make a stir fry, and some great yogurt for a fruit smoothie.  It really is not that hard!

And, as long as you are full on good foods, you are going to stay healthy!  Exercise when you can, but do not make it drudgery.  It will stick if you do what you can, and work up to the hard stuff later.  You are going to enjoy it, and it will empower you to become the thin person you know you already are!

Losing Weight During the Holidays

Amazing as it sounds, you can lose weight and enjoy the holidays!  Here are three simple rules to follow!

1.  At a buffet, start with the veggies and the fruit and fill your plate with these first.  Skip the sauces and the creamy dips, and just eat an entire plate of these great foods.  Make your plate very colorful, and enjoy!
2.  Eat before you go to a party.  If you are tempted at a party often, eat a healthy meal before you go.  Chances are you will be drinking and toasting, and the full feeling will keep you strong.  You can have a little taste, when you are full with nutritious and happy foods!

3.  Most important of all-do not beat yourself up.  If you are tempted, and indulge, and you over do it, stop being unkind to yourself.  You should just know that you are going to continue, and your indiscretion is only short-lived.  Stop circling how bad you were in your mind, and start your committment to your health once again.

Believe me, healthy food will never taste so good after you feel the digestive ills of eating poorly.  It is a great reminder of why you are moving into your new life.

Lose Weight with Some Great Food!

One of the best ways to lose weight is to bring home some boxes, and get rid of all the unhealthy stuff in your home.  I bet you have some stashes of things that are just creating some real damage for you!  Halloween candy, cookies you had to bake for the school fundraiser, those marshmallows for the fire, and that emergency ice cream pint in the freezer.

What is that doing in there?  Are you crazy?  I know you have the strength in you to find your new healthy lifestyle, let's find it!

First, you can really toss all of that food out.  It is ok.  I promise the world will not end.  But, if you are really not sure that is the best option, get all the food that does not need the fridge in your box, and take it somewhere.  The homeless shelter down the street from work would be very grateful.  And, while you are at it, you can sign up for a volunteer time on Thanksgiving to bring your new world into the brave open world.  You are really going places!

Or, take it to a food drive at your church, the women's shelter, your local YMCA, or a youth hostel.  If you live in the country, drop it off at your local clothing store in gift bags, where everyone can take a can or bag of chips home.

It is kind of sad that you are passing on all of that corn syrup and sugar, but you are doing it for a good reason.  And, if you have time, put a list of healthy food options in each bag, and why you are doing it.

Food should come from the garden, not from the store.  We have been given a gift of just having to go to the store for our food, but what that has done is made us all very unhealthy.  We need to get back to the one ingredient items, and find ourselves there soon.  Your health depends on it!

Losing Weight and Gaining Respect

Your lifestyle changes as your mindset changes, and never the two shall meet!  It is a direct result of you respecting yourself, and deciding that you are not going to let your choices define who you are as a physical and mental person.  If you decide to conquer your weight loss plan by dedication and commitment, you can go far in your actual positive results.

As a weight loss transition occurs, often a dieter will discover a new strength and power from the plan and the events as they unfold.  This period of growth really has nothing to do with your particular plan or weight loss diet plan, but everything to do with just evolving as a new and positive person.  Your mindset needs to adapt into a great new world, where you are finding your feet so to say, and where you are realizing you have so much more to offer.

If you have yet to feel this great new mindset, and are uncertain if you can actually ever lose weight, do not lose hope!  It is important for you to evolve into the best person you can be.  You will find the right moment, and the right mindset that will guide you into this place.  It is a great and fantastic thing for you to insist on finding, and when you do find that great reason and that exact story that can move you forward, it will be your catalyst into a great new mindset and life.
