Super Ways to Eat Skinny

Here are some great ways to eat yourself thin!

1.  If you are super sweet, and love sweets, well, you can do it without the sugar.  Here is a great trick that will really solve your sweet tooth!  Make some sweet tea, and use some great flavored green or fruit teas, and add stevia to your drink.  You can drink this at the times where you are really sugar craved, and drink a bunch!  You will be so glad you did!

2.  Apples and Almond butter!  If you love apples, and peanut butter, or celery and peanut butter, you are in luck!  Do not do peanut butter, but almond butter.  Buy a jar and take it to work, and dip your fruit in it, your celery, or even your raw nuts to really get some savory flavor.  Do not reach for the candy or the chips, and stay away from those chemicals!  You can do it!

3.  Try your hand a panko.  If you love chicken and fish, you are going to love panko!  It is a breading that you should look for in the baking isle, and check out the label to ensure it doesn't have any chemicals in the way.  You can dip your chicken or fish in an egg wash, and then in the panko, and bake it in the oven or fry it in a cast iron pan.  The pan will give you some natural iron, and you will get the crispy taste you are craving.

Keep it simple, enjoy life, and find the food that will make you happy!
