If you are exercising like mad, and still are not seeing results that are making you happy, it could be that you are not dedicating yourself to eating correctly. There is no excuse for exercise to eat. Remember the time when President Clinton would go for a morning jog, and then end up at McDonald's for a bite to eat? If he was choosing to stick with nutritious options, like the yogurt cup, or a salad without the dressing, he would be OK.
However, it is so easy to justify your french fries and burger when you just worked out for an hour. This is ridiculous! You are doing a great thing by exercising, but you are putting your health at risk by adding the wrong food choices as a result.
I would rather see you exercise less, eat better, and start a dedicated plan for the rest of your life. Yes, in order to really see results, you need to plan on doing this and being committed for the best parts of your life!
If you exercise to eat, that is not going to get you very far. You are still bringing in dangerous chemicals when you eat poorly, and you are going to have to continue this frantic pace of exercise. The stress caused by this constant up and down circle will eventually cause you to gain more weight than lose it.
Losing weight is a long term commitment. You need to decide what is important, your bad malnutrition cycle with exercise, or a life you can be proud of. If you choose nutrition, you are going to go far in your weight loss success.
