Your Motivation

If you are constantly struggling with losing weight, you are going to have negative issues experiences you have to work through.  It is not easy, and it does not happen immediately.  You can find great strength by thinking about this problem in a very objective way.

Do not expect immediate results, and try your best to remain positive.  It is going to work!  You are the key to this puzzle.  If you are swayed easily, and impatient, you are going to have to remember this one fact-there are no quick fixes.  If  a diet, or weight loss plan says you will lose 10 pounds in 7 days, run the other way!

A quick diet can reverse your weight loss long-term goals very quickly.  You may lose those 10 pounds really quickly, but you will gain them back without the proper mindset.

This is a new experience for you.  It will take time.  Do not let this experience slow you down.  Your positive energy, will pull you through any problem, stressful event, or emotional time.  You need to remain a positive force for yourself.
