You can become the thin person you know you should be!

If you have struggled with weight, you know how hard it can be to see any good and satisfying results.  You may be at a point where you are ready to give up.  You might feel like there is nothing that can make you happy, nothing that can help you lose weight.

Do not give up!  You are not alone!  One of the hardest things you will have to deal with is the fact that you will not see immediate results.  It is a transformation not just of body, but of mind and your lifestyle choices.  You are going to need to evolve into a new person, both inside and out.

In this process, understand you are only human, and it is not willpower alone.  You will need to add some real focus to your diet.  That really is the key to it all.  It is not just as simple as lowering your calories, but really what kind of foods you consume.  If you are ready to learn what foods are best for you, keep reading!

And, not only do you have to eat the correct things, you have to understand how your body digests and consumes food.  A big part of this is your liver.  I will be speaking about this quite a lot.
